Certificate for Collaborative Leadership Ceremony
I was recommended by two Purdue University faculty members to speak about my experiences in the Collaborative Leadership program.

The Collaborative Leadership is a 15 credit program that is designed to facilitate students' skills in a variety of areas.

The first class focuses on developing a solid foundation of active listening skills. The next course integrates cross-cultural communication and conflict resolution from a global perspective. Finally, the third class is a culmination of the previous classes and applies past concepts and learnings in a mentoring pairing. Each student in the program is assigned an international new student to mentor throughout the semester.

I was asked to share my experiences with the program to fellow students, faculty, and guests. In this, I was able to inform them of key insights I had gained throughout the process such as a better understanding of the mentoring process, interpersonal professional relationships, and active listening.
